  1. As a doctor, shouldn’t he know to use a straw to protect teeth

  2. I'm currently doing a ACV detox. I mix it with honey, lemon juice and cinnamon and hot water. I drink it like a tea and I drink it twice a day, morning (1st thing) and last thing at night. I also haven't been eating after 7pm. It's been a week and I've lost 2 lbs.

  3. I adore' her hairdo

  4. Acv is disgusting a few years ago I took it for about three months straight worse three months of my life. I diluted it in about a litre of water and even then it got to a point where I couldn’t go on. Horrible.

  10. I agree w/her…"APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: The Ringo Starr of The Beatles!"
I beg to differ w/Missy here!
"Try 1 TABLESPOON in WARM WATER, SOUP or any other common-sense warm item, preferably in the morning, every day." That's what my Yoga Guru recommended decades ago. He also told me that Apple Cider Vinegar helps PRODUCE RED BLOOD CELLS. Other types of vinegar destroy RBCs. Preferably in the morning but even if U cannot stick with that regimen, having 1 tablespoon/day has a multitude of other benefits. For weight loss, 1st thing in the morning is critical but lets not forget after a while the tummy, not used to vinegar or lemon-honey mixes on an empty stomach, will revolt! SO, instead of abandoning the regimen, be flexible and have better prospects of incorporating this as a lifestyle dietary change instead of a fad that will ultimately leave you with a sense of failure & nothing gained at all!
P.S: Missy's Rx of 3 times/day is typical of fads which stem from a natural tendency of younger people to embrace extremes! I prefer to do things…make lifestyle changes…that flow naturally with my mind, body and soul as I mosey along life! Literally, mosey along! If I were going through life in a dull and stupid way, I'd still be able to keep up with my regimen. I think 1 TABLESPOON per DAY IS A BETTER, more permanent, Rx. ❤️ I guess my recommendation is for Dr. Oz himself because clearly his body is intuitively saying NO to apple cider vinegar in any form he has tried to down it so far. Try my way, doc!

Bottomline: ALWAYS…"Listen to your body!!" If your tongue or stomach is sending U the msg that it hates what u r putting in, listen to your body!! Don't force things on or into your body. Be kind to yourself 1st! It starts with simple choices.
