🔴SKINCARE I RECOMMEND: Although this channel has over 1000 videos on skincare and acne I realized sometimes it’s still hard for people to remember which acne products I recommend, vs those that I think are a waste of money! I decided to create this helpful skincare list of breakout and other skin products that are acne-safe, that I personally recommend and put them all in one place! I hope you find this helpful- enjoy! If I didn't know this stuff already I'd for sure feel overwhelmed lol

Iryna Tyurina says:

Hi Cassandra, what do you think about Medical Medium (Anthony Williams)? He says that acne comes from Streptococcus and gives advises for diet. Thousands of people are healed following him. You can find his information on instagram, sound cloud, his website and other social media. Please, let me know what you think about. ❤

Chrissy Mullins says:

Do you think I should apply serum before or after aktipak?

Lex Prinz says:

safwan ashar says:

Why my acne comes again and again on the same spot or close

Daniela b says:

Do you recommend the "niacinamide 10% + zinc 1% serum" by the ordinary for someone that suffers from rosacea and it has acne-prone skin?

Nadia Dima says:

Do you think rose water can be used instead of a cleanser Cassandra? I have a lot of clogged pores and am currently trying simple routines. I wake up, use rose water to clean my face and apply moisturiser. Throughout the day I wear no make up and in the evening I use rosewater again. It seems to work for me somehow, I am having less breakouts.

Erzaleinchen says:

Hey Cassandra first of all I really love your channel 🙂 I have a question at the moment my skin care routine is just black african Soap, bodyshops vitamin E rose face mist and Pure Shea Butter at first my skin got better and but now it's getting worse again I Really tried so many things. And I don't know what to do so I just want to know what you think of the products do you think I should continue using them or are they actually bad for my skin? I can't ask a Doctor in this because everytime i ask one they always sold me expensive products that eighter didn't work or hurt that much that I couldn't even sleep.
Lots of Love from Germany <3

Angela Lucatorto says:

I use Dr. Bronner's as a cleanser, based on your older videos. Since Dr. Bronner's contains coconut oil, olive oil, and more, would you recommend cleansing with something else afterwards?

Ellen Thomas says:

Can you explain why mineral oil and petroleum are “terrible” for your skin? I have been told by dermatologists that they are not harmful, but helpful.

Rita Rodrigues says:

Can I use tea tree oil as a serum?

Nicola Winter says:

Hi Cassandra. This Moisturizer from Murad has dimethicone very high up on the list. Is this a random example or do you recomend it anyways?

Gabriela Gross says:

Can you talk about Retin-A??

Also, I really love your new videos but I would really appreciate if you could mention which products you recommend instead of just the general amazon page! Thanks

B K says:

I have been such a fan for a very long time and your videos have helped me a lot, however, I'm a little dissapointed that you claim we should avoid dimethicone, of all ingredients, yet you endorse and recommend products that have tons of fragrance. Fragrance is the number one skin irritant, both natural and synthetic. Dimethicone IS NOT bad. We have to stop pretending like our skin doesn't have a barrier. Something that causes a lot of issues is a damaged skin barrier and in order to keep moisture inside your skin, you need occlusives, such as dimethicone. But dimethicone doesn't suffocate your skin, your skin can still "breathe", and that's a fact. Dimethicone helps prevent transepidermal water loss and partially protects your skin from the enviroment. I cleared my cystic acne and redness after I stopped using all of the high-end and natural skincare products that contained so much fragrance, fruit extracts, apple juices etc. and started using simple, gentle, fragrance-free products that usually just contains water, a humectant like glycerin or hylaronic acid and occlusives like dimethicone.
