  2. Autophagy occurs when your body is done digesting food and starts to repair damaged cells. Can't happen if you're eating every 4 hours. I eat one, 3000 calorie meal around 10 am. That's it. Went from 235 to 168. Zero sugars, zero carbs. Meat and vegetables only, for 2 years now. Small amounts of cheese and nuts. I'm 52 years old and going on 22, I've actually gained muscle and got shredded naturally. Thanks to the real Doctors not on the Big Pharma payroll. Dr. Boz, Dr. Berg, Dr. Fung, and FledgeFitness and several others who deserve credit for actually curing us from cancer and diabetes, etc. These people actually do the research and take the arrows from the carboholics and the PETA vegans who shun the natural way of eating.

  4. I've been doing intermittent fasting for 4 to 5 weeks and one meal a day and cup of caffeine in the morning. Lost 17 lbs, almost forgot no sugar or carb. By the way fasting was as old as the Bible and Ramadan. This is nothing new, but it's what is going just now.

  11. I just realized that I do this already. I wake up at 6:20 am for school. I skip breakfast, because I’m not a breakfast person. Then I have lunch at 1 which is between noon and 8 pm. I later eat dinner at home around 6-7.

  16. I am somewhat confused, and I need some guidance. I really want to do this, but I'm not sure how to do the "1 day on, 1 day off." If I don't start eating Monday till 12 o'clock noon and stop at 8, on that day I am cycling my carbs? So when do I start/stop eating the next day? Do I eat when I wake up in the morning, and then don't stop till 8 o'clock that night for the next day, I am confused? If this was at every day thing, it would be easier because I would just eat from 12 to 8 every day, but this carb cycling part is what confuses me. Can anyone give me guidance?
