How To Curl Toddler Hair

Please watch: “3 Quick and Easy Toddler Hairstyles for Beginners”

Are you ready to learn how to curl toddler hair? Their hair can be hard to curl as it is fine and sometimes won’t hold curl. A few tips:

1. Always work on dirty hair. I like to curl my daughter’s hair if it hasn’t been washed for 3-4 days. It definitely holds curl better.
2. Invest in a curling wand. Fine toddler hair doesn’t say well in a traditional curling iron and it will curl better with a wand. I’ll show you how to use a tapered want in this video.
3. Make sure to use a heat protectant cream or spray and some mousse to help the curl stay even better. You can also set with hairspray.

Getting my Daughter to sit still for this would be like pulling teeth lol she is wayyyy too adhd for it, unless maybe I put a movie on for her to watch while I did it, as that's the only way she can/will relax. She has more energy then her Father and I put together lol. Very pretty though and thanks for the tips. ♡♡♡♡

How often can you do this without causing any actual damage with the curling iron? Or does the heat protecting cream alleviate most of the damage to the hair?
