  4. Yet another great video! To chime in: What about… #11 – Drink water! Not technically "eating" healthy tip, but thirst is often mistaken for hunger. Drinking water is a simple/easy hack to try before snacking. Also #12 – Think about adding, not depriving yourself. Try adding one new fruit/veggie/whole grain in a new way rather than denying yourself foods. At least a few of those will become new favorites!
